Travel Charges:

Please note that parties which require the princess to travel more than 20 miles will include an extra fee of $25.00

Deposit:

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your time slot. If you cancel within 10 days of your engagement, the deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel before the 10 days, your deposit can be applied to another available party date. Check  is the preferred method of payment for a deposit, but it can also be made in cash, or Paypal - (PLEASE NOTE: Deposit checks are applied to the party total, and are not cashed until the day of the party or within 7 days after for the security of our clients.)

Party Payment:

Payment in full will be required before the visiting Princess leaves the party in cash or check form. If you wish to pay via Paypal, please pay in full 24 hours before the event. Please know that a returned/bounced check will result in an additional $50.00 fee.

Princess Interactions:

From the moment of arrival until departure, our performers will remain in character! Please refrain from referring to the performer by their given name, or asking questions about the costume or company. We would be happy to answer these questions outside after the party with no little eyes or ears nearby, or via phone,  or Facebook! Please help us to keep the magic alive!

Attendance Recommendations:

Most of our packages are designed for approximately 10-35 children. This does not mean you are limited to this amount. However, if you plan to have more children, please know that a  different package may be required to ensure the best service.

Damages policy:

We do our best to keep the costumes in tip top shape for your parties. We understand that kids are kids and love cake as much as the royal princesses do. So any issues of that sort you are not responsible for. If there is damage to the outfits due to rough housing or disrespect such as tears, holes, etc.. The party host(or parent) will be responsible for the price of the repair which will be billed after the party. You will have knowledge of the repair before the cast member leaves the event. By accepting our policies and agreeing to hire us, you agree to these terms. Thank you.

Photo Submissions:

We love photos from parties! Feel free to send photos from the event. By submitting the photos to us, you are approving us to use them on our website or for any advertising purposes for Key to Your Heart.
